I am Amy
your Yoga Teacher
Movement has been at the core of my essance. I am a born dancer, dancing ballet since I was 4 years old.
I found yoga in my late 20ties and fell inlove with the practice. I truly believe that yoga is a gift, offering a way to find flow within our bodies and in our lives.
I therefore also bring these principles into my daily live and like to share them with you.
